Nails are measured in millimeters (mm) use larger dimension. 

Method 1:

1. Place a piece of tape over your nail.
   
2. Mark at the widest parts of your nail.
   
3. Remove tape from finger and place on a flat surface.
   
4. Using a ruler measure the width between both lines.
   
5. Note each nail width.
   
6. Compare to nail measurement chart to find press on nail size.
   

Method 2:

1. Grab a sewing tape measure.
   
2. Find the section labeled mm on the tape measure.
   
3. Measure nail width in mm. 
   
4. Note each nail width.
   
5. Compare to nail measurement chart to find press on nail size. 
   

How To Apply

Step 1: Wash and dry hands
Step 2: Push cuticles back using cuticle pusher
Step 3: Trim and buff natural nails
Step 4: Wipe natural nails with alcohol pad
Step 5: Adhere press on nails with provided nail tabs or nail glue
